Avocado Lovers

Post 2 of this series. So today is another simple recipe. Avoacdo smoothie! For those of you who have never had one, I know, this sounds scary. I remember when I first was told to make one, I was like that's disgusting, I will basically be drinking guacamole. Now while that might be the case if you add guacamole ingredients, I add in different things and it honestly has a great velvety texture that really fills you up. So you can follow the "recipe" or you can add or remove ingredients as you wish because this is all about what you like, so if you don't like something or want to add something else in go for it.

I don't measure anything, I don't know if that's bad or not but my smoothies always taste great and it saves time. So what I add to the smoothie:

-half an avocado

-a whole banana

-sprinkle of chia seeds

-almond milk (to liking)

-handful of spinach

I also like to add berries sometimes. But all I do is put all the ingredients into my personal blender, blend it all up and done. If it is too think you can add more milk and that is usually what I do just so it doesn't come out super thin, I am a bit more careful with the milk. Also if you feel it is not sweet enough, for your liking, you could add honey or some agave nectar.
