Planning Tips
I break down my planning into 3 steps. Monthly, weekly and daily. And then I break down the big things happening in my life. My main concerns are school, work and traveling home whenever I can.
I start with my monthly whiteboard calendar. I look at my syllabuses and mark down my homework, my quizzes, my midterms and if it's appropriate, my finals. I then go ahead and mark down my work days. And lastly, leisure days. Whether it's travel, birthdays or anything planned with friends. I also color code everything. So every class has it's own color. Work and other activities, everything has it's own color. I make the whiteboard look super cute lol and mark down all that i should be keeping track of.

Next, weekly. I bought a little planner at Target. I then rewrite everything that is due that week on my planner. I write them down on the day I need to do them so they can be done by the due date. I don't color code these things but they are labeled. It's mostly my homework that I write down here. Just because I feel that's the most important thing to stay on top of. But I do still decorate with some stickers and washi because of course, it needs to still look nice.

And lastly, my daily planning. This planner was on my Christmas post. Santa bought it for me off of Etsy. It is very different from my Erin Condren. I like how I can make lists but still highlight the main things that happened that day. I just feel so much liberty when it comes to this planner. Because of the freedom I have I am still trying to figure out how exactly I want to plan or what I want where. But thankfully I enjoy that everyday it kind of changes a bit. So the top part I usually highlight the big or fun things that happened that day. Next is the To Do List. Here I write down what I did or want to do that day, homework, work, Netflix, whatever.

I know it can get overwhelming sometimes with school alone but especially when you throw in fun, laziness and work lol. But I live by these planning tricks and I hope they help you if you use them!
Love,
