The Original Pancake House
My spring break was super fun this year and one thing that made it extraordinary was the fact that I got my license!!!!! I know I am very late on getting it, considering I am 21 years old, but still I got it and I am happy. So for my test, as I am sure all of you know, I needed a licensed driver to go with me/drive me there? I don't know exactly what they do but I know they ask for the license of whomever is there with you. Nevertheless, I asked my friend to go with me because she lives by me and obviously has a license and I told her we could go have breakfast afterwards. Of course she was down and we were so excited so we got to the DMV, did my test, passed and then we were starving! I looked up good breakfast places somewhat near and the original pancake house came up so were like yes let's go! We went and honestly so thankful we did.
For whatever reason they had specialty pancakes, waffles and crepes all different toppings and seasonings but they weren't like meals? And by that I mean it was just the waffle, or just the pancakes, not a waffle, 2 eggs and a side of bacon or sausages, nothing. But on the last page of the menu there were somewhat combos of just plain buttermilk pancakes or waffles with 2 eggs. So after much debate (with myself lol) I decided to get the buttermilk pancakes, 2 eggs (sunny side). But I'm not super fond of just plain eggs, so I also ordered a side of hash browns.
When the food was coming towards us, omg, I could not believe how big the hash brown(s?) was! It had it's own separate medium sized plate, it was basically a hash brown pancake, but not only was it big, it was also thick. So first I had the two eggs and about a third of the hash brown, omg they were delicious, perfectly cooked and so crispy. Then I went on to the pancakes, they were also amazing. Nice and fluffy.
So to say the least, whether you are having a good day or a bad day, go to this place, you'll love it and walk out ecstatic regardless of how you felt going in.

I will definitely be going back soon! And you guys really should go for yourselves.
Hope you enjoyed! Next week's posts will be more about my Spring Break, wooo!
Love,
Bee
