Weekend Home
As I told all you loves, I went home two weekends ago and had some much needed family and boyfriend time. I don't have a ton of pictures from this weekend except for where we went to go eat breakfast before I came back to school. But I still wanted to write about the whole weekend for selfish reasons, but I'm sure you will enjoy it as well lol.
I landed on Friday the 14th at around 10:30 I believe, my flight was delayed an hour because Air Force Two was flying and everyone needed to be held still *rolls eyes but understands*. I landed at LAX and my friend Tina picked up Cruz and I who both flew in at the same time. We got picked up and went to eat King Taco for breakfast lol. So delicious. We then picked up my new super cute glasses and then I got dropped off because I wanted to beat my sisters home and I wasn't feeling exceptionally well. I got home, did some notes, took a nap and then my sisters got home and were so excited to see me. I love going home and always being welcomed like that. We then chilled and watched tv while waiting for my dad to get home (I didn't mention it but I basically always surprise everyone in my family when I go home for the weekend except my mom). Finally hours later my dad got home and thought he was hallucinating when he saw me haha, it was cute and funny. This day was my sister's birthday (as well as my anniversary with Josh) so my dad cooked her dinner, per her request, spaghetti.
He made spaghetti and honestly the best garlic bread EVER!! My mom definitely got home btw lol, we all ate as a family and watched some tv/a movie and just had some good family time on my sister's 17th birthday party.
On Saturday I slept in and again, my dad cooked. He made my grandma's famous home fries breakfast and it was delicious. We all ate together after my mom got home from running a marathon lol. While my dad was cooking I took the liberty to shower, get dressed, do my make up, hate my make up and decide to go barefaced with just some mascara, curled lashes and some lipgloss. We ate and then I headed over to Josh's. Let me just tell you, that boy sleeps in so late, I texted him that I was going to shower, that I was getting dressed, that my make up was hideous, that I was leaving soon, that I was on my own and that I was there and he still DIDN'T wake up haha. It's kinda ridiculous but I love him. I got there and he finally woke up haha, only after he was woken up, because even my call didn't wake him lol. He did some homework while we cuddled on the couch. We really just spent the day talking and hanging out and chillin' and just really enjoying each other's company. I bought him King Taco because I had promised him I would. Again it was DELICIOUS!!! We ended up getting our own items and then one to share haha I was so full it was unbelievable. We hung out some more and then time came to say goodbye again :(. I left his house and then went home and just kinda watched some tv with my family before we all knocked out.
Sunday came and we woke up early because my mom wanted to make sure we could have breakfast together before dropping me off. So we woke up early, loaded my stuff in the car and headed downtown to Grand Central Market. Let me just say, this place is not the same as when I was a youngin'. When I was a child, there was hay all over the floor haha, seriously, and it was mainly all mexican food. I enjoyed it then but it's cool to see how it's changed. Some things are still the same but some things have definitely changed. My dad and I got Sausages Berlin Currywurst, I got like a breakfast sausage sandwich, spicy, and it was GOOD! My dad got some breakfast bowl and it was good, but I preferred mine. The meat he got in his bowl kind of tasted like curry. My mom got chicken and waffles from somewhere else, but the waffle was definitely a thin funnel cake. The sauce that came with it was really good though according to her. My sisters both got veggie burgers, the veggie patty was kind of thin but nice and crunchy, that burger was pretty good! We took our time eating, people watching and just enjoying.

We then went to our old neighborhood and got bread from the bakery we used to go to all the time. And then it was time to drop me off and for me to head back :/. It was bittersweet but I will be seeing them in about three weeks now and I'm sure time will go by fast.
But that was my weekend home. I'm glad the timing ended up the way it did so that I was home that weekend. Well not that I was happy, but I felt better. I hope you lovelies enjoyed and can't wait until Tuesday.
Love,
Bee
