Finals Survivor Guide
Hello loves, sorry for the lack of post on Tuesday, I was freaking out about finals. I know some of you might be done with finals but I am about to give 5 quick tips that helped me somewhat survive this week lol.
1. Yerba Mate, the raspberry flavor. Again, these are things I did that helped me survive and stay awake and focused, I understand if you don't want to take an energy drink but coffee doesn't really do it for me.
2. Snacks. I had just like random little small snacks but i would snack to kind of rewake me up. The chewing really helped.
3. Water. So many times I felt like I was so dehydrated. Plus I felt it would help wake me up. And because of how often I was drinking water I would have to get up and pee and walk around and just refresh.
4. Planning/keeping track of time/figuring out what you want to do when. This really helps you stay focused and on track.
5. Taking breaks but only every 45 minutes. Bust out your work and take breaks because sometimes just nonstop work work working isn't the most efficient.
